How can I order?
You can shop via Tokopedia.
You can stop by at one of our amazing stockists.
You can just add to cart the items you like, leave your WhatsApp number and we will contact you about delivery.
If you are located in Bali, you can pay by cash or via bank transfer. Delivery can happen the next day or the same week, depending on whether we have enough orders to get delivered to your area. Anyway, we will let you know the ETA.
If you are outside of Bali, but in Indonesia, you can pay via bank transfer and delivery will be via J&T. After the parcel is sent, we will message you the tracking number. It will take 2-7 days to get delivered.
If you are located outside of Indonesia, we currently do not provide delivery.
How much is for delivery?

Which shampoo and conditioner bar is right for me?
Oily hair? Try Stimulating shampoo and conditioner.
Dry and curly hair? Try Smoothing shampoo and conditioner.
Dry to normal hair? Go with Hydrating shampoo and conditioner.

What if I don't like the product?
Well, we'd be sad. But still simply contact us and return the unused portion of your shampoo or conditioner bar for a full refund. Simple as that.
How long does your shampoo bars last?
If you wash daily, approximately 3 weeks.
If you wash 3 times a week — around one month.
If you wash once a week, 2 months.
How long does your conditioner bars last?
Approximately 2-3 times longer than a shampoo bar.
If you wash daily, approximately 2 months or more.
If you wash 3 times a week — 3 months
If you wash once a week, 4-5 months.
Does your shampoo and conditioner contain sulphates, parabens, silicones?
Nope, they don't! We use mild naturally derived ingredients to provide your hair the best experience.
How should I store the bars?
Out of water, please! The key to success with solid haircare is to let them get dry between uses. Think of them as a bar of soap, if you leave it in water, it will get mushy, same thing with the shampoo and conditioner bars.
Best way to let them dry is to store our of streams of water and on the soap dish with holes. In case you don't have one, please use the tins, but turn them upside down and put the bar on top.
How can I travel with the bars?
Let them completely dry and then you can place them back in the tins and take them wherever you go.
Are your shampoo and conditioner bars pH-balanced?
Yes, they are. They are both in a scalp and hair friendly pH.
How should I use shampoo and conditioner bars?
- Wet your hair and the bar. Then slide the bar over your hair a few times from roots to ends OR lather up in your hands and then apply to your hair from roots to the ends. Rinse!
- Wet up the conditioner in the warm water. Work between your hands like you do with the shampoo bar (or soap bar) to release this conditioner from its solid form. When it's reached a creamy consistency, massage directly onto wet locks, adding as much product as you desire. Leave for 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse and enjoy your soft and shiny hair!
