Indonesia

We offer free shipping for orders over Rp400.000. 

All orders ship via J&T or JNE. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping option address. If you live in Bali, expect it to be 1 to 2 business days. 

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Saturday, excluding major holidays).

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines

We offer free shipping For orders from Rp800000 and minimal shipping fee of Rp175000

All orders ship via Pos Indonesia (EMS). Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is between 2 and 6 days.

International shipping

How will I know when my order ships?

After we ship it, we will send you a tracking code via sms or email used at the checkout.

Return & Refund

If you are not happy about your order, please contact us. After we receive the items ordered back, we will make a refund. Returns accepted for 30 days
